We normally expect to dispatch orders fulfilled by Glam Touch within 1 working day. We will supply free samples with every order. All Parcels are delivered through the Royal Mail Tracked service.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, just send us an email at hello@glamtouch.co.uk with your order number and the product(s) unopened you want to return within 14 working days. we will offer a refund on all products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, excluding delivery costs, provided they are returned in their original packaging in an unopened and unused condition.
