Coronavirus update

During this precedented time, we have received many questions about our service. We want you to know that we're operating the business as usual. At Glam Touch, we are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

However, please note that there are potential delivery delays and Royal Mail has made a series of adjustments to their parcel handling procedures. For example, they will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
